Royce Keys outlines The 946's makeup, RAW positioning and long-term goals

Royce Keys has offered a breakdown of The 946 and what the newly formed faction can do on WWE Raw following his recent Bleacher Report interview.

Keys recapped how the group came together: he returned to Raw on the August 24 episode alongside Bronco Nima and Lucien Price, and weeks later the collective was named The 946 when Jaida Parker and Carmelo Hayes were added to the unit. The 946 have been booked opposite The Bloodline in a high-profile Raw storyline.

Speaking to Bleacher Report, Keys said the five members bring distinct styles to the group — describing Hayes as a relentless presence and noting Parker’s impact against male opponents — and compared the faction’s variety to a blend of flavors that should make them difficult to prepare for.

The 946’s recent Raw program has been highlighted by an October 12 match with The Bloodline that was ruled a no-contest after Hayes returned, turned heel and used a crowbar on Solo Sikoa. Keys pointed to those kinds of matches as evidence WWE is giving the faction prominent, prime-time spots and said that regular placement in those slots is deliberate.

On the question of upcoming big events, Keys declined to confirm specifics about Survivor Series: WarGames but said The 946 would welcome a role there and, if included, would escalate their current approach dramatically. He added that his long-term aim is to pursue the company’s top prize and that “nobody is safe” in the feud context.

WrestleTalk noted the storyline’s broader implications, suggesting the program could position Keys and The 946 for a future title run and possibly a marquee singles clash with Roman Reigns down the line. Those outcomes remain speculative, however, and were presented as potential directions rather than confirmed plans.
